Private consulting hours can be used across agreed marketing, creative, fashion and event strategy services. Larger done-for-you projects, extensive production and implementation are scoped separately with a custom proposal.

Third-party expenses are separate and approved in advance. Group classes are sold separately at their advertised ticket prices. Quick Business Reviews are separate appointments, not package credits.

Remote sessions via Google Meet. One-hour packages start with a 60-minute session; larger packages offer a 30- or 60-minute first call. Use remaining hours for future sessions, research, preparation or agreed project work — schedule them together during your first call.

Yes. All prepaid consulting packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law.
Prepaid consulting hours are generally non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by applicable law. Requests made before work begins will be reviewed under our cancellation and refund terms.
No. Advertising spend, printing, software subscriptions, contractors, and third-party vendor fees are separate and require client approval.
Yes. Virtual consulting sessions are available. In-person sessions may be arranged separately based on availability and location.
