Community Guidelines

The Style Den Social exists to bring people (and their dogs) together around fashion, wellness, and community. These guidelines apply to everyone in our store, at our events and labs, and in our online community, including the Pawsitive Vibes member directory.

General Conduct

• Treat every member, guest, and staff member with respect and kindness.
• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind.
• No solicitation, spam, or unauthorized promotion within the member directory.
• Respect the privacy of other members — don't share their photos, contact details, or personal information outside the community without permission.

Pawsitive Vibes Member Directory

Pawsitive Vibes is our small-dog social community and member directory, built on trust between members and their dogs. When participating, you agree to:

• Keep your profile and your dog's information accurate and up to date.
• Use the directory to arrange meetups and connections respectfully — unwanted or repeated contact after a member has asked to stop is not allowed.
• Only post photos and information you have the right to share.
• Treat every dog in the community with patience and care, regardless of size, breed, or temperament.

Dog Safety

• All dogs brought into The Style Den, our events, or Pawsitive Vibes meetups must be current on vaccinations and generally friendly toward people and other dogs.
• Dog owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and any damage or injury caused by their dog at all times.
• If a dog shows aggression or causes another guest to feel unsafe, staff may ask the owner to leave the space.
• Please clean up after your dog and keep dogs leashed unless in a designated off-leash area.
• Not every guest or member wants to interact with a dog — always ask before approaching someone else's dog, and respect other members' space and comfort.

Harassment

We have zero tolerance for harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or online — directed at another member, guest, staff member, or animal. This includes unwanted contact after being asked to stop, inappropriate comments or messages, and behavior that makes others feel unsafe.

Reporting & Blocking

If another member's behavior makes you uncomfortable, you can block them within the Pawsitive Vibes directory (where available) and should report the issue to us directly at hello@thestyledensocial.com. Include as much detail as you're comfortable sharing — we take every report seriously and will follow up promptly. You may also flag an issue in person with any staff member while on-site.

Consequences

Violating these guidelines may result in a warning, removal from an event, suspension or termination of membership or Pawsitive Vibes access, and/or a ban from our physical space, without refund, at our discretion.
