Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for event tickets, lab registrations, and memberships at The Style Den Social.

Events & Labs

Tickets and registrations for events, workshops, and labs may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable, as spots are reserved specifically for you and often held from a waitlist.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.

Memberships

Membership fees already billed for the current subscription period are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing; your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (calculated in Pacific Time), and you will retain access through that date. Unused monthly credits are forfeited upon cancellation and do not carry a cash value.

Retail Purchases

Purchases made in-store or through our online shop are subject to the return and exchange policy posted at the point of sale or on the shop site at checkout.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, including for documented emergencies or Style Den error. To request an exception, contact us as soon as possible.

How to Cancel

You can cancel an event registration or membership from your member account, or by emailing hello@thestyledensocial.com with your name and booking or membership details.
