Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to all Style Den Social memberships, including Labs memberships and Pawsitive Vibes memberships, in addition to our general Terms of Service. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

Billing

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis to the payment method on file. Billing dates, renewal dates, and any prorated charges are calculated in Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Your card will be charged automatically at the start of each new subscription period unless you cancel before that date.

Renewal

Memberships automatically renew for successive one-month periods on the same calendar day your membership began (adjusted for shorter months), based on your current subscription period, until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Membership Credits

Some membership tiers include monthly credits (for classes, labs, or event access). Credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are available for use only during that subscription period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month and have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Your Membership

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time through your member account or by emailing us. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. In general, monthly membership fees already charged are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future billing.

Pricing Changes

We may change membership pricing from time to time. We will provide advance notice before any price change takes effect on your account, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

Community Standards

Membership benefits, including access to Pawsitive Vibes, are conditioned on following our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund for violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
